Before we get into the heat of cooking, we whip up some simple tacos for our “staff meal.” Scrambled Eggs, Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage, Chipotle Tomatillo Salsa, Queso Fresco and some Serrano Tomato Salsa thrown into a taco!
